BG8Z needing a Gearset

Hello all, firstly I live in trinidad and share the same passion as you guys and gals.

I own a 1994 BG8Z, 1.8 Turbo AWD.

I Rally this car in Trinidad.

We are close to 290 Hp right now and the gearbox will not take, in the last month we have blown two boxes, one completely stripped 2nd gear, the other ripped the center diff apart.

I have tried all the oils,with Royal Purple being the best so far.

I only have three more gearboxes in hand and the season has not even had it's second event .(i've got three more on the way from Japan)
At this rate I will need 18 gearboxes to finish he season.
A thought that I really don't like.

Do any of you know where to get a good gearset and possible a good center diff?

I am currently talking with PAR.
