planning on a second gen N/A. Going to work on turning it into my "fun" autoX car...

thats what i did/am doing. i already got sway bars, stance coilovers, fd wheel spacers and i need to get a pair of rear camber adjusters. i'll be buying some 93 fd wheels from natey on monday then im getting some 245/45/16 hankook rs2's. after that i'll be getting the full racing beat exhaust and do flywheel/clutch. damn im gonna be poor

i am good as far as modifications go for the moment. i think i wil be installing all my suspension pieces this weekend. do you have any sugestions about headers?

racing beat is great i had one onb my 86 on the 1st motor it was na...lol i would go 2.5 all the way back mandrel of course. and depending on noise its up to you on mufflers a 2.5 fart can will be loud as hell but wont loose any power, the rb muffler expensive not say you cant afford it just givvin options, it sounds great and not too bad on noise flowmasters sound decent too belive it our not just a 40 series. i have done many swaps etc and alot of them always want a different muffler so i have heard almost all of them

the borla xr-1 had a sweet tone but loud but it really brang out the sound of the rotors whooop whooop whooop..lol

Damn Roy that thing is looking slick. You'll have to get new pics. I hope you haven't invested in the exhaust yet. You'll be happier and it's a lot easier to install if you just get a downpipe and leave the manifold where it is with the heat shield.

So the big question. Was it worth all the hassle to get the car going? What turned out to be the problem with it when it wasn't passing smog. If you want to join me I'll be romping about in the miata on the 3rd of December @ the autocross. Seeing as that's what you bought it for you should join me. I can be your sponsor so you don't have to get an SCCA membership

I'm actually thinking of trading my 05 Si in for an FC. One reason is I just hate paying for a new car... But my MAIN reason is they are just pure sex. I wouldn't mind having an white N/A manual convertable...

I'm assuming the bolt patern is standard issue 5 x 114.3 or whatever it is?

Imagine the rims in my sig on a white FC 'vert... Hopefully 17x7.5 with 225/45's will fit...

i guess it was worth it because the car is so inspiring but i was a little pissed when i blew a rear strut because now the car will drift big time when i make a hard left turn and thats a little scarry. where is this autocross? i should have my coilovers on by then

woot! suspension is al done! my camber is set at -1.5 front and -1 rear with 225/45/16 front and 245/45/16 rear.
