Whoh...they are already here?? (omg) OK, I test drove a 2006 MX5 a couple of weekends ago, I liked it very much. Now I just want this one...Power Hard Top!! (shocked)

I see the all Mazda Garage, but I also spotted something boxy on the driveway...:D

I dunno...I was looking at one side by side with mine the other day, and with the top up, there is this kind of funny looking lump where the rear window meets the body.
I think the removable hardtop looks sharper, but thats not power :(

It's only "funny looking" if you prefer the look of the soft top. Other than that, I think it looks pretty good because it's so cleanly done.

Yes it does need *at least* springs. For now it'll have to do, as the car payment is enough for me. I'm probably going to wind up with the Eibach springs first, but I honestly would prefer to go ahead and do coilovers and sways all at once. The NA you see in the garage has been low for a long time.

noticed you have an all-mazda garage (thumb)
as long as you don't notice the xB that's out of the picture ;)

Welcome to the forum Scott (hi)

How much does it cost to add the removable hardtop?

is there even a removable hardtop for the soft top cars? I don't think i've even seen a picture of one. but for the NA/NB it was about $1500-1800 painted from the dealer.

I don't think it is offered as an option, I think it's offered as a totally different vehicle. The storage compartment for the top is different from the soft-top to the hard-top too I would assume.

Yes, there is a removable hardtop offered for the soft top car. It's $3100.(omg)
