Converting a Dx front bumper to a MPS or MP3

Hey guys im new to the forum....
I have a JDM 2001 mazda familia/protege.I like the big fog light bumper that comes with the mps/mp3 i was wondering what parts i would need to do the conversion.I saw a list of stuff on a site before but lost the bookmark.Part numbers would also be greatly appreciated.

hey thanx,
IM from Barbados,all down in the Caribbean.I love your proteges on this site they are 2 proteges down here with the wings west kit and the rest have the jdm lip.Our proteges here are all jdm(rhd).

I wanna be diff from the rest of these guys down here i either wanna go with the mazdaspeed kit with the DG front lip or with the following lips.Anyone know where i can get these?

Im a 18 year old student from Barbados.Just got my new car a Mazda protege Dx(Originally wanted a msp version but the Dx will do).Its no speed car so im setting up for car shows.so far the only mods done to my car are 17inch rims(gunmetal with crome band),piaa gtx headlight bulbs,altezza tail lights,eyelids(not yet installed),mazdaspeed rebadging(have badges but not installed yet) and im tinted.

future plans:bodykit(unsure which as yet),p5 headlight conversion to install some projectors, some carbon fibre interior parts from corksport,some sports seats,neons and a nice sound system(looking at mostly infinity and polk stuff).oh and i forgot a nice Dg motorsports grill

I am wanting to do a similar conversion, I just want the bumpers and side skirts to go on my car. Is it as simple as unbolting the stock ES bumpers and just re mounting the MP3 bumpers and side skirts on? Also, the MP3 wing...will it fit where the ES spoiler used to be? Should..but just thought Id ask.

I did indeed, I was just asking if its neccessary to have all the little crap like splash gaurds and such or would the stock ES gaurds and panels be fine? If Im still asking a retarded question Ill go ask in the other section, I just figured that this was a thread about converting so I thought Id post in it. Cant imagine theres much difference in bumper design between the DX/LX/ES.

people wouldn't pay for all that crap if it wasn't necessary. You need all of the bumper parts of the kit to make the conversion. you can keep your re-enforcement bar if you want to cut it which is in the thread with pros/cons.

DX/LX/ES are identical it's the MP3/MSP that is different. Any time you see a reference to "sedan" they are talking about your car.

Like it says in the MSP conversion thread," The splash shields are not required but you will get dirt and snow in your engine bay without it." I am using that thread as a guide for my conversion. Reading is the best thing you can do on this forum, pretty much any mod you can think of someone has already done it here.
