Very nice....I've got the same color P5 and now want nice wheels like those. What other mods you got??
Mod's list: About $15,000 so far. Will be another $7000.00 until completion. You get what you pay for. All the parts on this car are authentic and mostly imported from Japan.

Damn $15K?? Is it worth that much to make the car look a little different and still be turbo-less? You've got some deep pockets bro. Not to rain on your parade but your car still looks like a regular p5 and is probably just as fast. I wouldn't want to think about having dumped $15K into my ride and having my ass handed back to me by a regular wrx or rsx-s. But again that's just me. At least you've got the jdm going on.
You're totally right about the car looking like a regular P5. But see that's MY OBJECTIVE. While all of you guys try to make their cars noticable I only want mine to be noticed by people who are educated about product. Mind you I added up retail prices. Not what this stuff cost me. It goes to show how quality can add up.
My P5 will outhandle the majority of them out there. We've used all the best components for the audio system. The system easily adds up to $8000.00.
My TV UNIT is $1300
Headunit is $1200
DSP $1000
Amps: $1000
Subs: $700
Components: $600.00
Install and other the other misc crap will put this kind of a system well into the $8000 range.
As far as mods,
JIC FLT-A2 - $1880.00
JIC 505SUS - $698.00
CF Intake - $325.00
Full CF hood - $1000
Autoexe: $1000
Rims: $2500.00
Tires: $500.00
Fully Shaven car: All emblems were removed from trunk completely repainted.
So we chose to do things the way an older person would. We used the items we wholesale. Only the good stuff. You're not raining on my parade. It makes me happy that few can recognize the caliber in which we've designed and continued to build this vehicle.
Being Black hides a lot of things as well.

Yup, I got more to go. Getting four Bride buckets. Custom center console. Spool Turbo, FMIC, and Microtech system. Big Brake Kit. We're done. It's been a long haul and a lot of saving but it will all be worth it.
The sad thing is that this car will be available for sale sometime next year after we're done touring with it. With regards to having my ass handed to me. I didn't buy this car for speed. I bought it cause it's a Mazda, handles great, and is the best looking Wagon I've seen. If I'm worried about racing I'll just bring one of my RX7's or even the supercharged Miata to play with.
The P5 is just for looks, autox, roadrace.
Thanks for your insight tho. That's exactly the reaction we're looking for. Why the hell would you do that? lol. Same way I react to painted interiors, APC tails, Heavy Ass wheels.

Funny thing is...even if you turbo you're P5 or MP3, you'll still only be able to keep up with a stock to mildly modded WRX. In the right hands or with a few thousand dollars a WRX will demolish all Turbo'd MP3's, P5's and MSP's. Beating a stock WRX is no accoplishment, but beating one with a simple Vishnu Stg Zero package would be. Like Rishie said, to the untrained eye sure his P5 wouldn't be considered that great. But to most of the elders on the message boards or to those who have to ear to the street on the Mazda Protege. We know what's make his car special.
