Possible drifto project car.

The 929s are like dirt cheap. Can be picked up for like 2k in good condition. Best part is that they are 200hp and RWD. Anyone have any experience with these cars?? Freakin nice looking for a early 90's car.

dodge conquest/mitsu starion IMHO was the best el drifto cars ;) What engine is in the mazda?

lol the starion blows sideways.....buddy of mine had one and i had so much hell just to get the ass out on that thing its such a pig it understeers bad

My car could also be a drifter but no where near that 929's price. How hard did you try pushing that starion/conquest? I found one in the brandwine junkyard.

Only 200 of the 1st Gen 929's were imported with a manual tranny. All other 929's were Autos. That being said...they were available in Japan with turbo 13B rotary which would also bring the RX-7 manual tranny with it. My next door neighbor has a 1st Gen 929 and I've had my eye on them for awhile.
