Lot of mixed info... what are your stats now jred? You need to cut all the sloppy fats out of your diet. (its winter though you should be bulking :P)
what do you mean what are my stats? i haven't gotten body fat measured in forever, i can show you pictures of what i look like (i took these to send to my gf a couple weeks ago cause she's in australia, not to show a bunch of dudes what i look like :) they are after ~1 month back after taking 2+ months off) i'd say about 5'9", 180lbs, bench 250-275, curl 45lbs 10 times. i'm starting to see more definition in my abs since the pictures, but as you can see they aren't exactly sticking out. i already do sets of 10 and finish my workouts with pyramids which ends up being basically one set of 40, so my reps are pretty high. as far as diet, most days it's a sandwich or a wrap, but i always get cheese on them which i know is bad.

from reading what everyone wrote, it looks like my main problem is my milk intake. i drink probably close to half of a gallon of 1% a day. i probably have a few too many carbs too, but oh well. i just like it too much though :) the only supplement i take is either gnc brand 100% whey or optimum nutrition whey after each workout with milk, 2 scoops of whichever i have. i've done creatine in the past but ehh, i'd rather not. i don't want to do many supplements, a simple multivitamin and whey protein is enough for me. i guess i could start cutting back on milk... i'm going to up my protein too by having a protein/meal replacement bar for breakfast instead of my normal nutra grain :) i just need to wait til thurs when gnc has the gold card thing

whats a good protein shake and also good for getting Creatine, Dextrose and ALA ? I heard celltech/nitrotech isn't all that good. recomendations?
i used nitrotech when i first started and tried celltech before, celltech did nothing for me, nitrotech did the same as any much cheaper protein powder. i usually get either the GNC brand if i need to or if i order it Optimum Nutrition. i've tried isopure too but the flavor i got was terrible and i only used that in addition to another protein as it's an isolate. for creatine, first i'd say get into protein first for a while to get a better muscle base then try creatine. i've tried twin labs i think it was, i can't remember though, something from gnc but not gnc brand, but the first time i tried it i liked it, the second time it did nothing for me. i've tried weight gainer 8000 or something from gnc too, that stuff is terrible, it tastes ok but you have to drink so damn much of it. i did put on 10lbs though through 2 tubs of it.

Thats because its supposed to be used as a stack. nitro is for the healing and cell tech is for regeneration and capillary growth. if you want to get big, then use this stacked with a thermogenic to keep the excess sat fats down. dont try to boost your protein intake through supplement either, raise it in your diet. if you use the supplements it has a potential to **** up your metabolism. try the stack and thermogenics, or spend some money on the real stuff....Anabolics. yes, some anabolics are legal and effective go to www.legalsteroids.com and do some research. these things have come along way, and with no ****** up side effects.-Doc

when i was taking nitrotech and cell tech i was taking them in accordance with the directions on the package and i dont think thermogenics existed back then

2 protein supplements/day isn't terrible, it'd only end up being ~60g protein from supplements

i wasnt tryin to step on your toes bro.....just lettin ya see it from an avid workout feind, and well....thats what we use in spec ops. i dont doubt you were using it according to the directions, but they target two completely different areas of the muscular and circulatory system, which would answer the flux in your results. didn't intend to insult your intelligence, my apologies.

no worries, i wasn't insulted at all. i think you just misunderstood what i was saying, like i took them separately thinking i would see results from each independently. i know what each does. there are a lot of factors that explain why some people see results from some products and not from others. i know plenty of people who have taken cell tech and saw great results, i just did not. i also have taken the same other creatine supplement on two separate occassions and once seen results, the other time not, just lots of factors go into it. the supplements are only to help achieve results, they alone are not responsible for the results. thus, i don't like taking supplements other than protein

try a search for european nutrition a supplement, they have the purest form of creatine. supplements are like street drugs dude....you never know how potent the concoction is or what the mix is. kinda trial and error i'd say.

they are not really steroids so to speak. instead of tagging your hormones, they boost your metabolism and muscle building capabilities, kind of a turboed bodybuilder stack. personally, i just use the thermos to keep my sat fats down to stay lean and as for the building part....www.crossfit.com. and i also use the body weight theory. bench:full body weight, curl and tris:1/3 body weight...ect. raising the weight as i gain weight.

if the products from that site did what they said they did and actualy worked (for argument sake) they would have androgenic properties, meaning they would carry side effects. so don't post that they're safe.

ps - and while you're at it please don't post bulls*** products

i used it in the past when i was just try to stay lean....now i am just bulking up on NO2 (NOcrack). First you need to question yourself what you want to do...you can't build muscle and lose weight at the same time. If you want to bulk up, tons of protein and a supplement (i choose NO2 and it is awesome). Also get something with branch amino acids....like a daily vitamin but for athletes (this helps heal your torn muscle fibers). If you are trying to loose weight....yes that pill will work...but i find the best way to loose weight and keep weight off is to avoid eating late, eat a healthy breakfast to get your metabolism going everymorning, and most inmportantly dont binge eat when you go to resturants (studies show resturants serve 2/3's more than the human body needs). If you eat out more than twice a week that is your problem....Also cut back on all sodas....gatorade and crystal light taste just as good if not better. I dont know if that helps....i have been lifting weights on and off since junior year of high school, i absolutely love it.....oh yea one more thing...cardio....at least 270-300 a day to really lose weight. If you are maintaining weight 3 times a week. I would swear my life on it that that is the most efficient way to loose weight. Nice diet.....300 calories a day...think of it as removing a meal.....

i'm just posting what some of fellow team mates (SF team) have used and found positive results. if you dont like it then dont use it, i didnt post to cause an arguement or bulls*** bashing. and not all lab produced anabolics cause adverse effects, this ignorance is what helped add to the demise of 1-AD, an excellent product if used properly. and of course, all results are user dependent, no matter what you use. I think i may have an idea of what i'm talking about as a special forces operator and medic.

i am not a nutrition or anything, but if you want #'s i am 21yrsold 6'1, 195lbs , benchmx is 345, squtmx is 405, powercln 225, shlderpress 450<----i know....****** up! I dont know how i do more weight on shoulders that leg but i would post a pic of doing that for proof.....

yeah i've used NOcrack myself, however i was never really able to keep up with the fluid intake...more power to ya.
