My attempt at painting stock rims

my attempt at painting stock rims. My stockers are being used strictly as winter rims. They were curbed and scratched to s***. One of the rims was badly bent and then fixed, but the finish was never restored. Anyway, i got them painted in bronze. I don't yet have pics of them on my car but the god damned winter is gonna be here soon.... so pics of rims on the car will be up soon enough.
I painted them with duplicolor wheel paint - 5 coats of paint and 2 coats of clear

Hot, I can't wait to see what they look like on the car. I was thinking about doing the exact same thing, and you even have a black p5 too :D
 
that video was awesome but what exactly does it have to do with the wheels being painted?
 
can I see what they look like on your car. My winter rims are in serious need of painting and I want to do it bronze also(I have black mica). Just wanna see if this bronze looks good on it. thanks

We'll have to start a black mica/bronze stockers club :D
 
word. bronze rims and gloss black w/ polished lip looks sex on black mica. Hell who am I kidding, black mica is sex no matter what :D
