WTF...first Kia, now Audi ?!?!?

My friends going to get the spectra 5, I want to see how it feels compared to a P5. I actually like the Kia (now im gonna run and hide)

Just because hatchbacks are suddenly cool again in the US doesn't mean they haven't been around in europe and asia for almost 30 yrs.

I like the new Audi, its like an A4 lite, especially considering the A4 prices keep climbing.

I like it too...

I wish some people would acknowledge that the Protege5 wasn't the first 5 door on the planet....get off the high horse...

I'd pick up that A3 if I could afford it right now...

that audi has been out for a while and i've driven it. i think i drove it about a month and a half ago. i like it. good pick up and really quiet. nice interior too. didn't get to play with the suspension but i expect to be average. not really tight but not too boat like either

Naw, the sport wagon concept has been in existence for a long time in Asia and Europe, the P5 wasn't the godfather of 5 doors, it just reintroduced the cool factor of sport wagons in the states.

The Kia Spec5 is almost a copy but saying the Audi a rip off of P5's design is just heresy.

You guys should know that Kia paid for design rights from Mazda. That makes it a legit car, not a rip-off.

the audi a3 has been out for years abroad. ive seen it in mexico for many a years and ive seen it in europe too. just because they suddenly decided to bring it here does not mean its a p5 knock off. the a3 would be a good upgrade, if only we were able to get the 3 door instead of the 5 and the v-6 wed be set!

Just got this month's R&T, and they said the DSG shifts faster than any manual or automatic they've ever driven! The author said it felt like the smooth quick shifts of a video game. heh. All the options you can get in an A4 you can get in the A3. But they were very dissapointed in the squishy suspension, they turned off the ESP and the ass would hang out wide when they did a slalom.

Apparently Mazda though it was too radical for the general public. It had a twin turbo 2.3 liter V10 producing over 1000 hp at the front wheels while weighing about 2200 pounds. It could cover the 1/4 mile in under 8 seconds and reach a top speed of 227 mph.
