hey i'm interested in purchasing a JDM autoexe type front lip for my P5 and i was wondering if i could get away with jus the lip or do i have 2 purchase sideskirts and rear bumper 2 look good. i'd like the lip 2 transition smoothly, i don't want the front of the car 2 look noticeably lower then the rest of it.

is ne one using jus the front lip w/ stock skirts and bumper?? if so could i get a side shot of ur P5 2c how it looks?? thanks

You can get away with it..I don't have a p5..but I have the sedan.. here is a pic..

everyone pretty much uses only the front lip and stock rear and sides...

im planning on getting buddy club sides just to be a little different

the lip is a tad lower than the side, but mostly everyone (including myself) use the front lip with stock sides.

If you paint your lip the same color as your car, you probably won't have anything to worry about, unless you're really picky. I have a yellow p5 and painted the lip black. It looks a little out of place by itself, so I'll be getting a carbon fiber hood and side skirts (painted black) to even things out a bit.

Hey...Thanks a bunch...I was looking for a cheaper alternative than the DG carbon fiber side skirt. I was thinking Wings West, but this Racing Beat one would do perfect. Thanks! (cool)

the lip looks okay with the stock side skirt....but i personally wouldn't do it ...i was thinkin about doin it my self but i saw a white p5 at my school and it just seemed off...could be because who ever did the paint job on the lip did a horrible job matchin the color....but my advice would be look at some pics and decide for yourself

I agree. I did the paint job myself, because you really can't **** up black. But if you go with something other than black, I'd recommend have it professionally done.

hmm does ne body have ne more side pics?? pref a lighter colored car so i can see where the car ends and the ground starts, also where would b a good place 2 look 4the lip?? thanks again

I like the look better with the lip and side skirts, the front lip much lower from the profile angle. Here's a pic of mine with DG Motorsports Urethane lip $125 and Onderground Sides and rear. But it's all about what YOU like, good luck.
