Ok..I'm going to be powdercoating my rims soon. Question is, what do I do w/ the centercap? Any suggestions? I would like to have a bit of contrast on the rims and not just have it in one color.

Any suggestions..please comment. PHotoshop something would be good too!

the rim color is the same as my friend's rsx

Maybe do them the same color as your calipers or for a bit of contrast color them red. With the color of blue your car is, having a bit of red here and there (tails and CPC decals) would look pretty good I think.

What color are you going to be powdercoating them, Funky?

If it's anything but black, I'd say paint them black and get in there with a detail brush and make those logos blue to match the car.

If you're powder coating black, maybe just leave them as-is and detail the logos black?

Kona - no red.

Netguy - the rim color is the same as that rsx's wheels i posted up. I was thinking of polishing the logo.

Do them the same color man. Since they can't be coated, get some paint mixed up, and ******* go to town... Up to you though.

colormatch them PLEASE!!!!'

Ive seen many attempts at mixing and matching centercap color, but it jjust NEVER looks good being a different color than the rest of the rim ;)

I just want something like a chrome accent or a polished logo. I wasn't gonna go red or blue or whatever other color. If I was to do this, I'd paint the centercap the same rim color, and have those little dimples polished and the logo too. so i can have some contrast.

Chroming sounds good. How about chrome the whole center cap so they will match the lugnuts, then color match the logo?

I'd say paint the cap cause it can't be coated, thne you can paint the logo yourself since it's indented. Just dab some paint into it, and if wipe off the excess on the raised portion.

not bad...kinda like the oil cap thing prolly...basically a generic cap and sticker that they have anyithng you can imagine printed on it...
