Recommend me a CD/MP3 player for $200 or less

I am looking at various models. I have had experience with Kenwood and Alpine and am open for more suggestions if any one wants to recommend me one for $200 or less, it would be greatly appreciated. My current CD player is dying (Alpine CDE-7830 from '97). If I go with CD only, I can get one with 4 volt preouts. If I go for CD/MP3, I can get one but won't include the 4 volt outs.
