HELP 2019 CX-5 Always Dead Issue

First time poster. 3 months ago I purchased a 2019 Mazda CX-5 Touring with 37xxxx miles and the card was in clean mint shape. The car is for my daughter who just got her permit and gets driver every other day for the most part. After 3 weeks went outside and the battery was dead as a doornail. Jumped the car easily and all kinds of engine and brake codes went off and the car was in limp mode.

Pulled the battery (that was only 3 months old and a Mazda battery) and had it tested and it came back bad. Mazda dealer near me replaced the battery and I was good for about 3 weeks and the same issue happened again. Took it back to the dealer and they kept if for almost a week and noticed some repair advisories were not completed and did a software update. I got 3 more weeks out of it and guess what dead again. The dealership checked for any paracidic drains on the car and none were discovered. They replaced the new battery with another new batter and in 3 weeks here I am again.

This will be the 4th time taking the car back to the dealer for the same issue. I know that I am not within the new warranty range due to the car being 6 years old but this whole situation is wanting me to return the car back to Mazda where I puchased it from and demand them buy it back for what I paid for it or offer me something to make this right.

Please any guidance or help would be much qppreciated !!

Thank You

When you say "after 3 weeks" is that 3 weeks of the car being driven every day or 3 weeks sitting without being driven?

Does the car have any aftermarket accessories like a dash cam?

I would want to know if the alternator and voltage regulator are working correctly, you could ask the dealer to check that if you're not able to check it yourself.

The car gets driven every other day for the most part. I live in Missouri and it has not been dramatically cold or hot as of yet.

The Mazda dealer I take the car too has sent me videos and images of the reports when they do the diagnostics and the alternator checked out fine.

No aftermartket items at all in the car. The ONLY thing we have added is cord for the USB charger in the rear armrest. Everything else is completely stock.

The only things that got my attention since we purchased the car are:

When you put the Ebrake switch on, the orange led on the switch flickers on and off even when the car is off.

The key fob said low battery so I made the dealer replace the battery and in the past month I have had to replace the battery in the key fob a second time.

how far are the drives? if they are few miles only that would drain the battery and it wont charge in between.
Assuming no parasitic drain.

Is the dealer charging you each time they replace a bad battery that they sold you? Since they diagnose no problems with the charging system and no parasitic drain it seems like they should replace the batteries they've been selling you for no charge. Perhaps they have a batch of bad batteries.

It is highly unlikely that a healthy alternator wouldn't be able to keep the battery reasonably charged with only short drives.

When you put the ebrake on the little switch should show amber then when you turn the car off it should disappear until you restart it. There might be some problem between the FOB and the vehicle. How close is the FOB to the car when your daughter is home? FOB battery should last at least a year if not longer.
If you don't find anything else I'd isolate the FOB from the vehicle and see if the problem persists. I would also get a volt meter and monitor the battery voltage while it sits at home. See if it drops overnight.

The fob is right by our garage door which is about 15 feet from the car.

lets agree to disagree. It is highly likely and its not up to the alternator but its how battery charging and discharging process works.
You are right there, but I don't know how likely it is for there to be severe and persistent battery discharging, going through multiple batteries that suggests parasitic draw more than anything else, if OP is indeed doing short distance trips. I've never heard of something like that.
