Cracked exhaust manifold

If u don't think they'll keep cracking u could always have it welded up. I took my car to a garage right after I got it to put a new turbo in and the mechanic forced it to fit using the header bolts and they cracked across all four and around the junction
stock exhaust manifolds are prone to this unfortunately. you can try welding it but it is pretty likely to crack again. try to pick up a pope or used steedspeed, or if your very lucky a mam manifold.
the ebay one isnt really a suitable replacement and will prob break just as your stocker did. cheapest thing is to prob just leave it alone as its not hurting anything with a small exhaust leak.
people have releif cut the holes as well after welding the cracks.

I'm rocking 200$ ebay headers but I haven't put many miles on em nd they're far from stock setup
I used the $200 Ilovetacotaco mani from ebay.
It worked great at first (except that it got super hot and heatsoaked my engine bay very quickly) It lasted about 1 year.
I got lucky and found someone here selling a Steedspeed T2 they never installed (and ceramic coated as a bonus).
It's bulletproof! But discontinued and not easy to find...
Your best bet now is the POPE mani. T2 OEM replacement, and as you can see from the picture; probably just as bulletproof (never heard of one cracking).
Callaway still has a storage pod filled with MSP replacement parts including the turbo mani. But its twice as much as the POPE and we all know it'll crack after 10 years give or take. POPE also has a downpipe that's one piece (s and j pipe together) that's pretty badass. It requires a spacer for your thermostat and a lil mod on the AC compressor bracket, but nothing too crazy. POPE is actually on this forum and is very good about responding and/or answering questions if you should have any.

if you buy the pope stuff all togheter you get everything needed to install it and it WILL mate to stock exhaust, you just need to use your own nuts and bolts to made the midepipe. id suggest using two of the gaskets where he only gives you one but it will work.
unless you can find a steedspeed like above that is pretty much your only option that is currently servicable. anything else will have NO waranty associated as they are out of production. the ebay one realyl shouldnt be considered over stock.. your stock one would have to be catastrophically leaking i think for it to seem like a good deal.
