Does anyone have any insight into heat conductivity/retention of different metals? I have tried googling and all I get are results talking about cooking pans!
What I'd like to know:
Does aluminum hold heat longer than steel? I know it should heat up quicker, but I am not sure if it will retain heat longer or lose it quicker than steel.
