CX-5 W/O tech package change oem drl to led

hi everyone,
i just received my cx-5 last week and i want to change the headlight bulb (drl high beam = led and low beam = hid and maybe fog light = led)

do i need a decoder for my drl, a relay for hid and maybe some trick if i miss something

ps: i dont have oem hid and in canada my model is GS

this has been covered ad nauseam here, search for the threads, changing your highbeam/drl to led is nigh improbable (if not practically impossible) with out considerable amounts of work
