RB Exhaust & Curt Hitch?

It fit's with the Cocksport Exhaust, ask RB if it fits with the OEM hitch, if so you should be straight. As you can see in the picture, the hitch is really out of the way I don't see why it wouldn't fit anyways.

Anybody have both? Fitment issues?
I've wondered the same thing. I have a Curt hitch which has marginal fit with the factory exhaust. Others here seem to have had better luck and I think Curt may have made some running changes to their design. Also, the larger receiver hitch may fit somewhat differently than the 1.25" model I used. But with all these variables, you're smart to question whether the RB exhaust (which is the only aftermarket exhaust I would put on the CX-5) will work with anything other than the Mazda accessory hitch. RB works pretty closely with Mazda when they develop this stuff, so their exhaust no doubt works with the OE hitch.

Hmm, I may have a different model Curt hitch, when I put my OEM muffler back on temporarily, the only issue I had was that it was much heavier than the Cocksport one lol (being on my back on the ground and all).

I am thinking about trying the Racing Beat Exhaust. I think it would provide a unique opportunity to compare the two, sound and performance wise. I sent a message to RB for more information if they had any performance data available. If I do it, I will be selling my C/S exhaust. I don't need an OEM and a $600 Exhaust laying around lol.

They have the date between the two videos. It's just confusing which one is which. I don't see any performance gain. Only for sound to pay over $400, it's not worth it for me.
