The possibility of me running on the 13th is up in the air right now. Got dat cash flow being a headache.

Anyone have a set of wheels/tires I could run on my Miata at this last event? I'll be in STR again and the stock wheels with all seasons are poo.

You can run my MSM wheels, but the tires are heat-cycled out like a mofo, and 3 of the wheels are slightly bent.

Nah, I'm going to continue to pay attention to what people say about the RE-11As but the hot tire looks to be the BFG Rivals so that's probably what I'm going to go with. Plus, they pay contingency if I were to do another national event (I'm planning on doing at least 2 next summer).

How were re-11 in the rain?

Pretty good, they don't like standing water (they don't have much tread left). The R1Rs were/are much better (again no standing water), because it was easier to get heat into them.

But if I was buying a dedicated rain tire I wouldn't get either, or anything in the Extreme Performance Category for that matter.

I am looking at 17 inch wheels because I got an unbelievable offer for my current wheels and tires. And I want actual tires that will perform this time around.

I mean for autox and dd. But yes the gold wheels are up for sale lol. My wheels are always for sale. And I like change. Only with wheels though as long as I'm upgrading

Oh man... I love those gold wheels you currently have. They make your car look perfect, imo. But if someone is offering you a crazy deal, might as well sell them. You just keep flipping wheels.

When I think of rotas or xxrs I think of that gif where the center broke out and the car is smashed so I can't ever buy them. And I saw too many civics on stretched tires with xxrs or grids so I can't. And can't deny the rpf1's perform

Well it is final. After this winter the MSP will be a NFG car for autoX in SMF next year. Back seats will be out and harness bars, maybe cage will be in
