The Ohio Random Thread... aka We Should Probably Be Working

Maff: are you kidding me! That b**** Andrea finally gets to kill herself after 3 seasons? that's bulls***... she has fought how many zombies? got pretty good at it too and then gets bitten by Milton? how lame is that?!

And all the tension\build up of the war\big gun fight they're gonna have and they just run away after a couple of flash grenades? Considering how many people they had and how many guns that should have been a much better battle... they did got me thinking that they had run away, but that was a total waste of ammo.

I do have to admit, the governor going ape s*** was cool, but where the **** did he go? I don't think keeping the villain alive so he can come back later is very good for the series, he's gonna need to find some crazy mofos to come back and hit them. Carl is really ****** up in the head, that'll be interesting to see how it plays out.

And the people, are they just going to settle down in the prison? How are they going to feed so many? Why not stay in Woodbury where they have houses, beds, room to grow produce? The prison might be safer, but not completely

I was watching the trailer and at the beginning when everyone is going slow around him I laughed because that is me, everyday. "lets gooooo people, pick it up!" <--- me taking off from every traffic light ever. Hahahaha

And he looks like sonic when he's moving, lol.

Did I miss some Walking Dead conversation somewhere else in this thread?

I just finished season 2 over the weekend. :(

I must have missed it too. I watched the Season 3 finale last night and apparently I'm not the only one disatisfied. I feel like the series is going downhill. Season 3 just had too many "now there's no way that would have happened" moments and the finale was full of 'em. I'll probably watch Season 4 to see where they take everything after this but I'm losing faith in the series.

I think it put a nice bow on Woodberry.
I think having a villain in the wind makes thing interesting.
I think it sets up a very interesting Carl v. Rick dynamic.
I think it was Andrea's time. It put into perspective what Carl was saying about getting soft. Had she taken any of her opportunities to kill the Governor, she would have spared herself.
I liked that they stayed at the prison... it's pretty much the ultimate Z.A. hideout.
Bringing Tyreese into the fold should be good to see. I think he'll be a voice of reason for both Rick and probably more-so Carl.

It wasn't perfect, but I think there's lots of potential.

I think it put a nice bow on Woodberry. yes, there's room for some other group to take over it. It didn't look like they took useful things though
I think having a villain in the wind makes thing interesting. depends on how it plays out
I think it sets up a very interesting Carl v. Rick dynamic. yes, but so far Rick hasn't been able to deal with it

I liked that they stayed at the prison... it's pretty much the ultimate Z.A. hideout. they have some weaknesses, and they still have to explore the other blocks so we'll see

Tessa and I watched the first two seasons until it became too much of a drama and we were fast forwarding the episodes to see zombies.

Haha, this is 100% true. I always find myself thinking "I wouldn't of done that, and this situation wouldn't of happened."

I like watching it just to see April get pissed off. Some of the stuff is interesting, but the science side in me kills the whole comic side and the people have no thought and reason. Still fun to watch though.

Does anyone have any recommendations on tire shops around here? I just got a set of Rx-8 wheels freshly powder coated and would like to take them to a reputable shop to mount tires without damaging the wheels. Any suggestions? How about alignment shops?

I take the truck to Monro since it's not that important, but I take all other wheels to Conrads, so far they've taken good care of them. As for alignment, I go to the stealer since its right across the street (Montrose Mazda).

V, go to Conrads in Akron. They do a great job on alignments on my P5's and Big Lou knows what's he's doing and will do it right. And they won't jack up your wheels. I usually bribe them with a dozen donuts but that's usually because my alignment takes twice as long as a standard car since I'm picky.

But regardless, they are good guys. Marlon recommended them to me after Leipolds told me to sod off with my Mazda after going there for a couple years.

never watched a minute of it.

This.

I'll be taking my wheels down to Smokeys, they have some fancy machine that they said wont mark the rims at all. I trust them only because they sell big money rims and they've been good to me so far. Never been to Conrad's. I do lifetime alignments through Firestone.
