so the buyers bank said no go...they didn't meet the ratio required for equity,,,so the debt to income was too high...nice try, so we're meeting with them fri to see what we can work out on the price reduction

Can they pay off or pay down debt? Can they use FHA or VA financing? If they pay down installment debt to 10 payments or less, it is nit included in their ratios. Since I underwrite loans, just putting it out there for you.

So to bring those NEMOCers that arent facebook savvy, I have spent the last 22 hours in the hospital with Nathan. He Broke his arm just above his elbow yesterday at the playground jumping off the swing in mid air. We started the night at Leominster hospital, then got transferred to UMASS Worcester. So here's the breakdown, he broke it, which caused it to dis align, dislocated his elbow, and chipped the bone in his elbow. He went into the OR this morning to have it all set back into place. He now has a cast and 2 pins in his arm. Dad and Mom are extremely tired. Mom is still at the hospital with him, I am taking the other two to practice and then going back. LOOOOONNNGGG NIGHT/DAY. He is doing ok now, really tired. Keeping him overnight for observation. Making sure there is no nerve damage.

Ouch Tony! We send our best to Nathan and that he has a quick recovery and there is no nerve damage. And crazy how they get hurt doing the silliest things vs. playing a full contact sport like football.
