Can i swap back rotors to front?

Well it is getting near time for some new pads. I haven't measured the thickness of the front rotors but I did run my finger over them and they are definately getting a little bit of a lip. The rear rotors are still pretty smooth so I was wondering is it possible to swap the rear brake rotors to the front? If the front rotors are within spec could i put them in the rear since the rear brakes don't get used as much? I am guessing this won't be possible but want to know for sure.

I think that the "hats" are different heights.

LOL-Agreed... Aren't the rear rotors smaller than the front? I don't think that would work

Same diameter I think, the fronts are ventilated and the rears are not.

Yeah, this ^

The rears are a single plate, about 1/2 the thickness overall of the vented fronts.
