Thanks bro! I think I'm going to end up using the 5z's for the track unless I can get some 17x9's w/ 45 offset. Yes the Drag's are heavier, less expensive wheels, but I really like how the car looks with them on and I think I'm gonna use them for DD. Once I get the CAR-LED tail lights I think the look with the Drag's will really pop.

Ahhhh. Maybe my issue is that I never really liked the 5z's to begin with. I just really hated the stockers and got a great deal on the 5z's when a buddy traded in his 6. I think the all black look makes it look sleeker and more badass in a 'dontfuckwithme' kind of way. The Drags also look bigger since the chrome lip on the 5z's outlines the wheels and makes them look like 17's. I also feel like the all black 7-spoke lip gives a more exotic look to the car. I would go ape s*** for a custom set of 18x9's for DD that have some dish, but I really don't mind the flat look of the Drags.

So, I've been interviewing for a new jobs like crazy the past few months and finally accepted one on Thursday last week (been out of work since April). Starting Aug 1st I will be doing Tech Support/Networking for John Deere. The branch I'll be working for owns 21 other locations as well so eventually they said I'll be traveling to some out of state locations to work on their tech issues/networks/etc. Should be a pretty sweet gig; nice salary, benefits, tuition assistance & 401k, all the goods.
This means CAR-LED's & stiffer engine mounts in the next few months (once I'm caught up on bills) and some 17x9's for the track ~ new years.

Used my 18-55mm (non-VR) lens for these shots. I haven't touched it since last October when I picked up my 35mm prime. I think I'm going to have to use this lens more often. Detail is sick.
