Gotta say good luck...that's several thousand over book value for a private sale.

I'd also verify & get-in-writing that the extended warranty you purchased is transferable. Many times they aren't.

WOAL! 19500? unless it's seriously modded and all parts going with the car, chances are your going to have a hard time selling it.

If it is the GT model the op is in the ball park, acording to KBB an 08 MS3 GT w/40,000 miles in good condition is worth $19,290 if it is a sport it would only be a grand less. And if it is in excellent condition it would be worth even more. And also we MS3 owners should hope the op gets it and that the values hold high. I couldn't even get 16,500 for mine, and I had it in classifieds, craigslist, and on ebay.

KBB's data is off, and horribly over-optimistic. My 2009 GT with 43k was worth less than 15,000 trade in, when KBB listed it as close to 17k.

Edmund's is usually very accurate - they show private sale @ $16,800. The "Black Book" is what banks and dealers use. It'll be a few % lower.
