Noise while charging

I pretty much use my phone for everything. Navigation, mp3 player, pandora, sirius, and tv (sometimes). Naturally I us the auxiliary jack but when i plug in the charger i get this pulsing feedback through the stereo, as I speed up it speeds up. I have tried 2 different audio cables and 2 different chargers (in both power jacks) with no improvement. I am thinking it may be an insufficient ground issue.

If this is the case where would the best place to add a better ground cable.

I have a htc inspire with a retractable carcharger from cellfoneshop.net and I have not noticed any noise introduced to the system
do you have any power or rca cable run thru the center console?

its kinda like a buzzing and the tempo of the buzzing speeds up as I accelerate.

There are no power or RCA cables running through the console. Its how it came from the factory.

Hmmm, well...
Thats not a car noise being sucked into the audio by the charge circuit
Soooo,
Those chargers are radiating the noise into the stock stero.
Somehow
Not sure how
Next cheapest test would be a nice long aux extension cord

A. Still doea it? Its feeding into the 12v
B quits ? Its radiating into the preamp

Btw, any change with mode selected?

welcome to the wonderful world of ground loops. Buy a ground loop isolator and plug that between your device and the audio input and your problems will be gone. Crutchfield has a 3.5-3.5mm GLI for about $17.

Very likely this will work, but they work by masking, rather than fixing, the source noise.
I have one, and they can be a neccessary evil,
If you get one, dont go cheap here. A crap gli blocks alot of music with the noise
