honestly tho, since reading some of the members posts on Crew. i think im swaying towards going CO's instead of a nice shock and spring combo. been pricing some CO's for my car. not like i need to go lower, but i need some adjustable dampening support. been wanting to stiffen up my rear end to stop my car from squatting when i punch it. i swear my car squats like its rwd....lol. ******* Nittos are doing me justice bro

Lol. I was running the Mazdaspeed hatch springs with bilsteins (and front and rear sways), and upgraded to Ksport coilovers. The difference is still night and day. So awesome. I highly recommend coilovers man.

Dude how long have you been running NT-05's and how are they wearing? I need to upgrade my rubbers and was looking into those as a possible choice.

i've been on my first set of NT05's since before the first national meet. put them on 6-29-09. honestly, the wear isnt as bad as i thought. thru all the driving i do with car (obviously not my everyday car anymore) im pretty sure i have another summer or two left on them. you being a regular driver...i would say you could get about 1 1/2 years or more out of them with "proper" tire rotations. matter a fact here you go:

i need to update that thread as im still on the same set, lol. with uber tread left. they are awesome tires. dry traction is nuts and even was amazed at the lack of hydroplaning thru flash flooding boogieing at 65mph thru a rain storm. i have no bad feelings whatsoever on these tires bro.

thanks man. been looking but not necessarily sure i want to switch. the rims on there now kinda go with the charater of the car with the airbrushing. but i havent found something that awe's me enough to buy them

I like the tread design on the NT-05's better anyway. The price is great also, just a few dollars more than the Invo's. Now the hard part is deciding how much tread wear I want to trade for grip. I've heard nothing but great things about both tires, but people are getting 20-30k easily out of Invo's, which will completely pwn my current General Exclaims anyway. Chances are, I will get another set wheels for racing, and put the NT-05's on there, and then put the Invo's on my 5Z's for DD.

just posting up a lil update on my ride. due to a crazy chain of events. i will not be building my spare motor for the car like i had originally planned. but what i will be doing is throwing in a Fully Built Noble 3.0L bottom end in my car. haha. so yea, i have my built motor sitting in my garage. so it wont be long till its in the whip.

so major boost is just around the corner, thanks for watching. more updates to come.

yea man. its got 2k on it, which is basically break in mileage on it. so it practically new. i cant wait either bro.
