Well, out Mazda Make-A-Wish Corral has been approved by the The Make-A Wish Foundation.

Thank you for sharing this information and keeping me posted on all the great things you have planned. I have attached the approved copy of the Special Event Proposal for your records. I have also attached an approval letter. You will also find the Foundation's logo attached to this e-mail. Please keep in mind that anything containing the Foundation's name/logo must be approved by our office before being distributed/aired.
Finally, I will discuss the event with our wish coordinators and ask that they keep it in mind as they continue planning wishes for children in Northeast Ohio. If there is a child interested in racing/cars, etc. who will be having their wish granted between now and the time of your event, I will make sure to let you know. We are more than happy to present this event to our volunteers and staff. If you are in need of volunteers to help the day of the event please let me know and I will begin reaching out to them.

I have a letter that shoes that we are approved to solicit donations on behalf of The Make-A-Wish Foundation. Currently there are 160 kids in our region that are waiting on their wish, hopefully maybe one of those kids are into racing! Thank you in advance for those of you, I know will lend a hand!

Thank you for selecting the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Ohio, Kentucky &
Indiana, Northeast Ohio region to receive proceeds from the 2011 Auto Race.
The Make-A-Wish Foundation has approved the event and you may now solicit
support from your local community on our behalf. For your records, you will find
an enclosed copy of the signed special event proposal form.
During our 2010-2011 fiscal year, the Northeast Ohio region is looking to grant the
wishes of 160 local children who are suffering from a life-threatening medical
condition. Whether it is a wish to visit Walt Disney World Resort or to meet a
favorite celebrity, each wish experience is as unique as the child who creates it.
Only with strong support from groups like yours, will these wishes come true.
To show our appreciation for your efforts after the event, we request you provide
our office with the contact information of individuals or companies that assisted
your fundraising efforts. We will be happy to send an acknowledgement directly
