I'm exhausted. That was a long drive. But worth it. It was nice meeting you guys and checking out your cars.

I feel like I ran there and back.. I haven't checked my oil yet but I think it was low about the last 100 miles.. I couldn't really hear it over everything else until I pulled up to the ticket window.

It was fun, I'm glad we made it back in one piece!

I hear ya Evan...I pulled into the driveway around 7:15. Long day but worth it! Thanks Levi for setting up the nice cruise....at least when we had some room to run. lol I just went to upload my pics but the battery in the camera is dead, so tomorrow is another day. And it was good to see some familiar faces as well as meeting some new people.

Well guy it was nice to meet you all hope we can do it again next year, im talking to some people about setting up a cannon ball run kind of event so let me know if this would be some thing you guy are up for.

Oh I am DOWN for a cannonball run type of thing. I just gotta get a faster car...

i didnt take alot of pics cause i was busy manning the grill but i know there were pics taken and ill post up the handful i took for your guys...

Grillmaster jeans, this thread is worthless without (pics)! Glad it was a safe, fun trip. I spent 8 hours inside a grocery store banging cans around on the shelf while looking outside at 80 degree weather and thinking about you guys getting to drive your Maz-duhs. Can't wait for pics, HDR ones no less!

Sounds interesting.....

Well, that bloody Nissan thought he was fast. So we ran with him for a while. Then that Porsche Cayanne was fast so we ran with him for a while. Then I was just getting pissed at people dragging ass in the passing lane. But hey, the last 20miles we only did 10mph over. The rest of the time we were probably averaging 85mph. Gotta love that little Miata for keeping up! (most of the time, at least...)

ps- Jeff, tell your wife it was my fault you had to come out and play today. I'll take the blame. ;)

hahahaha....so far so good for this meet but I'll keep that excuse in the back pocket for a future meet. :D

I can't speak for everyone but I'm happy you weren't taking too many pics....my ass was hungry! lol

heres a pic of jeffs p5 and wes's miata both are a lil overdone to my personal preference but that red was a TOTAL b**** to work with hahaha

I like..and I'm guessing the reason the Miata kept up was the wheels, hehehehe

edit: PS. I like the look of the wheels though Wes....I was just kidding.....

and yes, I love how the background looks painted...awesome shots!

(blah) sure blame the red....hahahahaha I like it...reminds me of an oil painting.

Maybe that's why Wes lost oil on the way home; he thought he could rev to 9k...

Okay I'm done bashing/joking. Please take it light heartedly. In fact, feel free to bash me for being an MS3 douchebag...

im still playing with some things to see if i can get a more "normal" hdr but those 2 were good enough to post, still working on Pablo's right now... the contrast between the copper red and the white wheels is proving to be pain in the ass as well hahaha

how did you do the HDR? three exposures on camera, or three exposures shooting with RAW, or something else? I can never get HDRs to come out nicely...

oh and what program? just throwing out the option of photomatix, it's free to download.

I don't evny ya....I'm sitting here in disbelief as it looks like LSU is gonna pull another win out of their ass this week.

3 exposures on camera then i have photomatix pro 3.0 ;) plus who knows how many hours and failed attempts learning on my own to get them to turn out good

heres 2 of mine... very little adjusting but just some added depth thanks to photomatix

ignore the filth on the car... car wash before the meet didnt work too well hahaha

The first pic looks awesome, like you said, great depth. Glad it was fun. One of my goals next year is to go to an out-of-state meet and grand-am corral. I'm shooting for a Pitt Dyno Day if you decide to do that again....

ooo dont worry, the pitt dyno day and the PA cruise/cookout will probably be yearly traditions haha
