Pac aoem-maz2

Does anyone know for sure whether the RCA outputs on this modules are before the amp, or after the amp has processed the original signal?

I don't want to use a crummy signal from the BOSE amp to feed my amp, so I was hoping someone would know if this modules outputs the original signal from the radio or the one after the BOSE amp has processed it.

Thanks!

Don't go buying a LOC! If you have the Bose system, the wires you need are under the seat. All you need to do is splice in some RCAs. I have heard that the output of the stock Bose head unit BEFORE the amp is ruler flat.

The PAC AOEM-MAZ2 gets a clean, pre-amp signal. I have it and notice no degradation of the signal.

I just searched that P/N and it says its not compatable with Bose. Is this correct?

As Kain stated, this does work with the B(l)ose unit (at least in my 08.5). The back of the package said works with Bose except CX-7 and CX-9s. So, if you want to add an amp, this is the easy way to do it...though fitting all the components behind the head unit took a little work.
