The Ohio Random Thread... aka We Should Probably Be Working

Lol, I knew AJ would say that. I'm a Pittsburgh fan too, but everyone takes stuff to serious that they can't control. It's very funny to me how far people will go with sports and other crap they have no say in. Good times, I'm with you Phen

I wouldn't buy an rx8 after a women owned it. Especially if the wheels are curbed. Obvious they weren't careful with the car
Just to be fair, there a re a lot of male RX-8 owners that have screwed up a lot of RX-8's because they did not pay atttention to the starting proceedures etc. To be a rotary owner you really have to be commited to maintenance schedules, etc.

Next to the Miata, it is the best "track" car that Mazda makes.

School starts tomorrow. I'm going to feel old having class with a bunch of 18 year olds.

I sat in the rain for about 3 hours at the Browns game Saturday. Great seats though, 13 rows back from the field at the 40 yard line. Was a very adventurous evening and lots of fun.

true...i'd be wary of buying any used rotary car without knowing the history...

Well... Getting ready to leave Ohio for a while. I'm sitting up here at Cleveland Hopkins Airport in the Great Lakes Brew Pub enjoying a nice morning drink, and waiting for my Breakfast. I figured that Great Lakes would be an ideal location for a send-off. Haha.

Anthony, if you want to see something really cool, there's a member on here that regularly auto-x's a Ford Country Squire Wagon. Can't remember his name tho.

Have fun over there. Does this mean you're going to be out of communication for three months, or are you going to hack your way around the Chinese firewall? (lol2)

I'm also going back to school today, my last year for my Computer Science degree. Anyone taking classes in the A&S building?

I have maps and map reading at 8:50 in the CAS. Last year for me as well (technically last semester of classes! student teaching in the spring), gonna graduate with a double major in History and Education

Have a safe trip and stay in touch! You and your plaid are going to be missed! maybe you can get the Chinese to be Phenderellaized in plaid! Don't forget to sport that plaid lid as well, the Blue one! Have a lot of Chinese tsingtao beer!

Good luck Phen!!

I have 2 classes in Polsky, Operating Systems and Internet Tools :)
I still have about 2 years because I'm only taking a few classes at a time. (And working 2 other jobs FML)

I'm sure you will be fluent in Chinese by the time you land, Phen! What is it, a 12 hour flight? Good luck buddy!

Evan--Polsky=yuck. That walk is killer, especially during the winter months. Hopefully you can park down there and just stay there, huh?

Luckily I can park in the Polsky Deck :) All of my classes are there, and since I commute, it's like a 1 minute walk. I used to live on campus and my Freshman year I had a class in Polsky, then right after had a class in Olin...probably the longest walk possible HAHA Winter sucked reallllly bad lol

Good luck Phen. I've got your guitar stuff packed in a box to be moved with us...so just let me know when you are back and its all yours :)
