Just went out on lunch break. I was leaving the wawa gas station and was taking a right. I ran right through the stop sign and took off and got in the far left turning lane to take a left to head back to work. And what did I see as I ran the stop sign and took off? A police. I thought I got off like it was no big deal. I looked back and they made a u-turn and put their lights on. At this point I was the 2nd car at the light with a white van behind me. The cop was behind them. With their lights on still. Light turns green and we take off. the van behind me pulls to the side and the cop goes around them and heads towards me. I pulled off the side of the road in the gravel. So they stopped behind and put their spot light on me. It was a female cop. Nice. So she walks slowly to my car with her hand on the gun and stays back and asks for my lisence and registration. So I gave it to her. She asks "do you know what I pulled you for?" I paused for a moment and looked a bit confused. and said "maybe running that stop sign?" She smiled and said yes! She was kinda cute. but anyways. She asks how my record was. I said "clean. No tickets" She said let me go back to the car and see. By this time a second cop has pulled up and now they are both beside my car. Both women. She comes back and says "thank you for being truthful with me. I am going to let you off with a warning"
So she then goes on to ask. What is your exhaust? Is it factory or did you put it on? I said I put it on. She says I thought so. She then tells me it is illegal to have any exhaust modifications. I said I thought as long as it wasnt too loud it was legal...... She says no it isnt...

I got chased down by a redneck in a silverado today. i was back in a non developed living development (a few nice places to take pics back there) and when leaving some dude chased me down. i decided to turn down another street where i planned to ditch him but then i rolled up next to him and hes all like WHAT WHERE YOU DOING BACK THERE. i said i was taking pics of my car *lifts camera in the air* he then studders and says well pictures are fine i just want to make sure you weren't smoking or doing burnout back there. he then told me he was the only one house back there and they had already caught people going back there and doing burnouts and s***.
lol the boat couldnt do a burnout if it try'd.

Back when I had my Silverado, me and some buddies was driving down an old farm-road in my town (few still exist here), it was like 11 at night. I pulled onto a side-road, then decided to back up and turn around. As I did that, a farmer pulled up to me and he's like "WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU GUYS DOING DOWN HERE!" we're like "uh, just driving around?" the guys like "well are you guys smashing mailboxes, I don't recognize your truck." I said "with all do respect this is a public road, and I highly doubt that you know all 8,000 trucks in the town (my town is like 15k people, probably atleast half own 1 truck.) After that I recorded a note to self: Your OBVIOUSLY up to something if 1 farmer doesn't recognize your truck.

Wow nice.. Yea I dont know your state laws but I have never had a cop even look at my motor or underneath my car here in texas. Then again theres motorcyles running around everywhere loud as hell.

Nice Story Qwik, I've only been lucky like that once. I've had my license suspended twice for points, prob 20+ tickets(most in my Trans Am, none in the MS6, fingers crossed) in my 14y of driving. Don't know how with that car you have a clean record.

my story isnt so great.
In January i got a speeding ticket on the freeway, wasn't purposely speeding as i was fighting off sleep.
ticket was considered "accessive speeds", so no option for traffic school.
ticket recently was logged by insurance, insurance straight up doubled... no warning and no break after 10 years of business with a clean record... awesome thing to come home to eh? lol

I have been very lucky. I try to drive sane but sometimes I just have to feel some speed. I ended up hittin over 120 on a long straight back on a country road. I saw a car from a half mile away coming so I slowed it down pretty qwik. As it got closer I saw it was a white charger. Police of course. But he never turned around and chased me. Even though I know he saw me doing 120+.
jdw1- I dont have an aftermarket deck yet and I dont think boosted does either. I just got my jvc arsenal in the mail yesterday. I believe the only way to mont them is by buying the metra kit which is a whole new face plate and wiring harness. I am still waiting on that so I can install it. But rpmstore is being real slow on shipping it.

Got this new windshield mod..
It increases your aerodynamics by 12%.. Lol
I was driving home on I81 yesterday and they were paving the road. Well of course they have dump trucks full of the old asphalt that they rip up off the road. As I was passing one of the dump trucks a piece of asphalt came flying off and hit my windshield as I was going a crisp 70mph. Hopefully I can get the insurance claim filed and it taken to the auto glass place this weekend to be fixed. Needless to say I am rightly pissed off.
When I get the windshield replaced I know that I am going to tell them its a Mazdaspeed 6 but is there a difference in the windshields of the ms6 and reg 6??

(yes)there is a difference in the windsheilds make sure you get the right one for the MS6, you get the trucks plate number?? your insurance will hopefully replace it with OEM glass, some do but some dont..
thats a nice mod though, id say you gained 30 whp with that LOL

Yeah I figured that there was a difference in the glass just wanted to double check that before I took it to get it replaced. I don't have the tag number but I do know the construction company that was doing the work so I have already taken care of the insurance part of the deal..
I am just afraid that the new whp and mod might void my warranty so I have to take the windshield back to stock before I gets in trouble lmao..

I'm getting ready to pick up my car from the body shop. They got rid of the dent and fixed my bumper for 50% less than the other body shops in town. Will post pics later.
The rpm store sucks. Here it is thursday and my metra kit hasnt even shipped out yet. It still says being sent to warehouse as the update and has since tuesday. When I order something I want it shipped within a couple days. I was really planning on doing my stereo install this weekend but it deosnt look like that is going to happen now. I am giving them a call. If they cant ship itout by tomorrow I am getting a refund.

So, I learned something important. If you take a vehicle to the body shop, ensure that before you leave, the car is how it's supposed to look, but better.
They didn't reconnect my driver side fog light and broke the plastic cover to my driver's side tail light (corner)
