Hey kids, im BACK!!! Was in Europe for July, backpacking... so didnt exactly have time OR access to keep up.
I been reading a few pages back and seems a good amount of MS6'ers are still around!! thats good news.
And for my "what have you done to..."
got home on the 29th. Ran into the garage, reconnected the battery, let her idle a bit.
Drove her around for about 30 min, drove SMOOTH and shexy. Barely drove her at all after installing the exhaust before i left for Europe, so it still makes me grin big erry time i hear it.
The 30th, my ticker rolled over the 48k miles mark. Sad and happy times, mixed emotions, lol.
Then i called Magnaflow about trying to find out how to get a exhaust clamp, as everywhere i looked they only sold in packs of 10. They asked how it was lost, i explained it was shipped with dmg to the box and one fell out of a hole during transit. They NEVER asked if the system was bought new or used... so they are sending me a free replacement clamp! wooo. cuase the autozone cheapo clamp aint gonna cut it, already stripped the tightening bolts when i first put it on, and i hear strange sounds erry now and again as if it has a massive leak... *gasp*
lol damn im long-winded, making up for missed forum time.
Next will be brake lines, weighted shift knob from E4, PC mah wheels, oil catch can, injector cleaning, oil change, tire rotation, and another try @ headlight restoration. And oh so much more to do...
