ah thanks a bunch. only prob is the rear seat in the p5 is different from the sedan. the sedan's rear seat is 1 piece vs the p5's being split 40/60 and the rear seats dont have detachable headrests.

i'll look thru his other items tho.

oh sorry. I'm sure you'll get ones for sedans if you search. just search protege seat covers on ebay and look in the 40-60 dollar range shipped. That should do it.

1) I still want a Mazda

2) It's VERY affordable for a low mileage NA/NB

3) Awesome handling, reliability, and maintenance is super cheap, not to mention cheap insurance

I'm asking $4750 for my car, what do you guys think about that price?

$4750 is a steal, they are still selling for around $10-12,000 here in Aus, but thats a totally different marketplace then the US...

Your price seems a tad low, you shouldn't accept anything under asking for such a lovely car.

Hmm. So I got to hit up the Dyno today and get a proper tune. Pushing 160hp... But im only boosting 4psi. I gotta find out wth is going on. The SC is rated for 7psi. =(

Meh it's the stock pulleys. Nothing was modified. There isn't alot of piping to work with also. I'm totally stumped.

Could it be the injectors aren't flowing enough fuel?

injectors wudn't cause psi to be low only make it run lean.. but since he said he has a good tune i'm sure his afr's are fine... i wud check pulley's and then maybe the IM for leaks..

And I'm sure a vacuum leak is out of the question as well, so I agree to check the pulleys first.

Hmm I'll take a look tomorrow at the pulleys. I haven't messed with the IM and the AFRs are fine. So no problems with the injectors. I'm going to check everything tomorrow. But right now the tune is perfect.

I still have the rear seat backs to do. I'll post more pics when I get it all done.

I'm glad you like them! I'm starting to miss them now that they are in someone elses car... Haha

Put the P5 up for sale.

I have some things to pay for, mainly some credit card bills and tuition for school. I've also been wanting a Miata for awhile so this will let me do that AND pay what needs to be paid.

Oh noes, not again, Matt. But ya gotta do whatcha gotta do. I just hope all the Protege bashing from the Miata guys didn't sway your decision. Well, your P5 is one of the cleanest around so I'm sure you'll get $5k for it. Best of luck, man!
