What have you done to your Mazda6 today?

just started playing around with the LC and FFS. thats fun stuff. i have my LC set to 3700 rpm and FFS set to 4700. and i'm enjoying my shiny new cpe dp and stage 2 map. the car is settling in nicely and i'm feeling the gains.(rockon)

ahhh, car modding can be so fulfilling sometimes.

considering that my fog lights dont work anymore, ill be nightshading them so much that itll look like there not there at all.. thatll complete the blacked out look in the front end..woot!!!

and i got something up my sleeve for the rear tails, since i didnt like the look of the nightshades on them..

wait, why fogs dont work?
do you WANT them to work or is it that way on purpose...

i blew the harness out, voltage spike.. so they dont work anymore.. even if i put a new harness in from mazda and all new lights they wont work.. so ive given up on that and now im gonna make the lights appear to not be there but they will be..

i tinted my headlights and fogs.. just with film and light film at that.. looks great.. painting them is a different story tho lol.

holy crap blew the whole harness!!! that sux :(
why wouldnt a new harness fix it? unless all the lines are fried, meaning you'd have to fully rewire... yikes.

get a ddm set, run an independent power source/ignition controlled with a relay.
BLAMMO, new fogs! :p

Went and bought all the wiring to run my battery to the trunk this afternoon. 200 bucks. :( The first shop I went in apparently didnt know anything about moving a battery to the trunk. They said just run it straight. The 2nd shop actually went over with me how to do it and answered all my questions. They told me to run a fuse right where I add the cable and another when I get to the back of the car about 6" from the post. They said it wouldnt make a difference running a 0 gauge back. They said just run two 4 gauge wires back. I am going to give this a shot either tonight or tomorrow. 3 day weekend. hahaha. Should be on this blow through setup soon. I sill am having a hard time finding a 5/8" cap for the vacuum line coming off the maf housing. I got a cork and and some other cap to put on it. I am not sure how well it will hold up. My luck it will blow off under hard boost.

$200 bucks.. damn.. and that was just for the fuse's and huge ass wire you needed.. my sister's 2009 cobalt ls came with the battery in the trunk why couldnt mazda do that??

Take some pictures of what you're trying to plug and what with. I might have some ideas to help you out.
