yeah, just a disproportional amount of space in front of the nose compared to behind the tail. The exit row windows look centered, but the aircraft as a whole isn't.

Yeah... I guess I'm so used to composing a normal photograph that airplane photos feel horribly awkward to me when they are perfectly centered.

Yeah, I know what you mean... As for my photos, I'm about halfway done processing them. Gonna upload the first batch to flickr tonight. Nice part is about 80% of the photos need NO touching up because of those wonderful lenses. Just resize them and save them as a jpgs.

oh yeah, I definitely noticed that my photos require way less work with my new lenses as well... Things that make you go hmmmmmm.

what aperture setting did you use? I've been wondering if that lens + the 2x would work well.

I made a mistake in my initial post. I took the eagle shot with a 100-400, not the 70-200. It was f9 at 400mm. (drinks)

Yeah that first one was pretty good. The second one, not so bad, but not as good as the first.

Granted, their expectations on me are a lot lower than I'm sure whats on you... and I'm going anyway. LOL
