NEMOC Random BS Thread

oh yeah, hit a pretty big pothole on rt1...now my car tracks straight again instead of veering to the right...

Wait until you see this classic 33. He took 17 used leather jackets, cut them all up and stitched them back together to upholster the seats. So now when you sit in the driver seat there's a pocket right in front of your crotch, one on the side of the seat and many more. It's going to be one wild car.

Have fun Gary. Man I miss going to that show.

Oh yea....here's the reason I shot those garage pics. My friend/client owns West Barnstable Tables and I was shooting some new custom furniture for the website. Here are some creative shoots I did for fun.

Josh,

Is this the same guy we were talking about when we moved that barber's chair? If so, he does some very nice work!

Happy Friday. Working all day today....on detailing. ;) Only wish it was my car because she sure does need it.

Morning folks! About to hop in the MSM and head to the golf course. Take it easy!

awesome...you must be dying to get behind the wheel!
i worked on my car as well, shes back on the road too! boy, with the new 16" wheels i really need a drop...can't wait for the springs to come in!
bruce, the splitter is in production...i should have it before the 17th...do you want me to hold off installing it so you can try it?

If you don't mind. Trying to find one for the MS bumper.

Morning all. Early morning mist. Finish the car today and take her for a spin.

What is everyone's opinion on nitrogen filled tires?

Tire Warehouse charged me 6 bucks a tire without me knowing on my latest tire purchase. I am going in on saturday for them to put them on the rims, so today I am calling to ask for my 24 dollars back, because honestly at that place I think its a scam (like they aren't even filling it with nitrogen).

Sooo I've been busy in the garage... but not busy enough. With this weather I want to just go DRIVEEEEE. I almost feel like taking today off, sneaking up to my brothers (his garage) and working on the car all day... The girlfriend would probably notice though huh? LOL

New turbo (don't ask lol)
Decided to clean up the inter-cooler piping, so now I'm 2.5" from turbo to intake mani :D
New Inter-cooler as well (if Fed-ex can find it's way out of a paper bag)
Flushing the coolant system (related to the don't ask above lol)
Fresh oil/filter of course
Going to clean up my exhaust as well... but I'm not going to share details about that until I see how it comes up lol.

Planning on having all of this buttoned up by Monday night I hope... Which is difficult considering tomorrow is the GF's birthday and Sunday being Easter and all...

Maybe I should take today off LOL

Yeah thats how I feel about it. Almost to the point where I would pay to get the gas in the tire tested to see if its really nitrogen.

I knew they were trying to just add everything to the bill when they added valve stems to the list even when I told them I didn't need it because of the tire pressure monitoring system. He said "Okay, but this is the lowest I can go on these tires.."

But I called and told them I don't want it so we'll see what happens tomorrow morning. These are for the wife's corolla, tires are nearly bald.
