No unfortunately, but we do teach the equipment prior to them going to the simulations. I've been through them myself. Lots of fun.
I teach most of what is shown. I don't run the trainers though.
Side note: That road you see us running in the beginning is about 1.5 miles each way AND full of hills. I despise it yet love it at the same time.

good news.. back home.. the road is being repaired, all they did was throw a bunch of loose gravel in the part that washed away.. dumbass's.. im going to have to do something about my driveway though.. thinking of raising it another 3 feet or so that way its 5 feet up from the swamp and a better drainage system should help with the water issues..not to mention construction wouldnt have to be delayed anymore.. cost will probably be around $10,000... no damage in the house at all or in the cellar where all the equipment is..

i worked on my car as well, shes back on the road too! boy, with the new 16" wheels i really need a drop...can't wait for the springs to come in!
