Speaking of BOV's, I just installed my FMIC with another HKS SSQV and I noticed on the test drive that I was reading about 5 psi. I just installed a new boost gauge since the last one was reading +1 psi when the car was off. Though at full boost the old gauge would read about 9 psi with my SMIC setup. Does the FMIC really drop it that much or could the BOV be a little too tight and be holding me back? I'm not sure if that's possible or not.

The fmic should increase your boost a little, if anything... Probly a leak.

Yea but that's what was given to me and I can't have my car sit for 5 more days waiting on some t-bolt clamps to come in the mail. Not sure what local store would have some.

edit: and I don't believe any pipes came off since the car is still running.

Sorry to see this man. Deer are EVERYWHERE in GA, at least where I live. I am always on my guard for them. I suppose the little paint chip (bout a quarter size) on my bumper pales in comparison here. Hope she's fixable.

Looking for a new drivers side slim fan. I guess it's called the auxiliary fan? I'm looking at the Spal fans and I want to get an 11" but I'm not sure whether to get a push or pull. I want to order one today so I can get it in ASAP.

A puller should be fine usually a pusher is done for clearance issues with a bigger turbo.

i couldnt get the hood open, but my radiator and smic are dented inward toward the engine. my ac was on and i could hear a humming rattling noise after i hit it, and it seems to be leaking oil at the moment. im scared to find out exactly whats wrong. insurance person is coming out monday.

Got to wondering if the watercooling parts in my computer would be effective for a zero dollar intercooler upgrade lol. Got a 160x140x60mm heater core I could build into a plexi box to make the intercooler, a 300gph 12v pump, and I could use my 360x120x30mm rad right up front. All copper and acetal parts.
All free cause I have it all. Would laugh if it cooled better than stock.

Puller it is. How about the mounting? Do zip clamps work well? BTW your wheels look pretty smexy.
