I think they probably haven't because it might be dangerous to have one that is so fine tuned for somebody's exact mods, elevation, climate and what not that if somebody from another state were to try it out they might risk catastrophe. I could be wrong but it makes sense to me.

logical point, but the tuning on these "base maps" wouldn't matter if at the bottom of the ocean or in outer space. im just trying to see how low people are going in their cells. I'm down in the high 7's and still running rich :-/ lemmie see that map (gah)

on 440s that wouldn't surprise me at all. I say that having never opened a 440 map though. 30% less injector pulse still sounds like a lot on the bigger injectors.

Jaysanooch posted his map for me to try on post #1241. Not sure about his mods but it may help you.

I have never had an issue with the program itself, but you could try reinstalling it?

Just tried it...same thing. Tried it on a Vista too - same thing. Can someone download the software on the first page and one of the maps and try to load it? I would really like to figure this out...thanks

Hmm, I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I DL the map, unzip the file. Open customer, select that file, and then error. Program closes...any ideas any body?

Did you connect your serial cable before installing the driver? If so you will have to uninstall, reboot, and reinstall. May not have anything to do with it but I did that the first time and my entire computer started freezing up.

Lotta good info here, My question is why does my car hesitate at different points of throttle? For example if I tap the gas lightly and get up to 35-4k at about 5-6 psi I dont stumble as much as if I floor it. So how are you supposed to tune a certain feild or sector of the fuel map if it only runs rich at wide open throttle. Which mean if adjusted to wide open throttle I will then run lean as s*** when light on the gas in that same range....SO WTF! Im currently using the KELLY2 map. Closest I can find. I am completly stock msp kit at stock 6-7 psi boost. Upgrades are FMIC with 2.5" piping, relocated MAF, 2.5 cat back, SRI, dual bov/bpv, ANYONE got something better for me???

if you're transitioning from vac to boost a certian amount of that is unavoidable, but it may also be because you need to tune a wider map (aka start lower in the boost range, or even start in vac).

don't know what the KELLY2 map is, but try the superstock map on the first page.

Thats the map I started with.... the superstock map in this first thread. But I seem to run really rich on that one. My car smokes when I start it up untill it warms up on that map. The oil reaks of gas fumes so yea.... seems almost every map I try is a lil rich. Ive seen the most power out of the kelly2 map. What drew me to try that one was the fact that he also has is MAF relocated which Im not sure any of the other ones up here do. But there still are some major differences between me and him so Im still far from a qaulity tune. Has any one else had to start tuning from the vac side on?? Any one else with similar mods listed a few posts back and wanna share a map??? Lemme know Ill try anything once

I will keep trying though. Probally due to my lack of experience with the ss afc or tuning in general. But I gotta take it slow and really go through it tommorrow

already tried a few posts ago. I was just looking to compare some notes I think there are 4 possible reasons that peeps here arnt posting maps:
1. They are stingy bastards that don't wanna share (ohsnap!)
2. They are embarrassed because they are in the same boat
3. They dont wanna be held liable for us blowing our s*** up!
4. The people that have good maps obviously dont frequent this thread.
Im going to ask one more time; anyone have any clue what their values are at at peak boost? I know not everyone in here is running 16psi but every lil nugget of knowledge i can get helps. Thx again, and when I finish my masterpiece i'll post it up here for everybody thats running 440's w/ a relocated MAF (w/ all the supporting mods). (burnout)
