What have you done to your P5 today?

Wow. Lame. Someone did that to Worbit when he bought a dg grille, there was a big ass chip in it but in the pic, but the sig was covering it.

... i hate people... im gunna try to bondo it up sand it and rattle can the area... hopefully it doesnt look like to much s***

For those with the "Sport 20" rear emblem, is the length of it the same as the "Protege 5" logo? I was stupid and superglued mine, and I have a feeling when I take it off it will leave crap behind so I just want to get the Sport 20 emblem to cover it all up.

I think it's smaller thatn the P5 emblem.

Got to of my Tiresnin today waiting for the other two. Hopefully the get here before next Sunday..

matt... here are a few things to try.. HOT WATER, lol ... Dawn power remover ( dish soap...) heat gun will cause it to turn to liquid again.. or atleast become tacky to the point of pealing off.... a rubber tape remover ( autozone... goes on a drill... will remove the sticky tape off of the door gaurds on our cars too....

Havent touched the P5 in a while. After a long drive (200miles) I starting getting a noise from the pass front wheel. sounds as if there is tape wrapped around the axle. I also have this loud crack that happens any time i turn, or the suspension is uneven. It comes from the hatch area by the spare tire.
On a positive note, my dad and I are talking about purchasing a Datsun 204z as a project car :D

Here's mine. The "Sport20" badge is a little bit bigger than the "Protege5" badge. My P5 badge was rusting so I sanded down the rust, filled it with bondo, painted/clear coated it then put the "Sport20" badge over everything to cover up any imperfections. I got mine from good ole Corksport for $20.

A sport20 badge has been on my mod list for a while now, but i'm happy with the blacked out emblems for now.

all new t-bolt clamps, couplers, and flanging pipes to hold the higher t3/t4 boost levels. after last weeks test drive, i had pipes blowing off at only 18psi. sooo scary after blowing 3 motors, you start to get a little gun shy lol

Nah...I stripped the chrome, then primed, used a coat of non metalic silver, then splattered the blue on them...I had them done, but never put them on just painted them black instead, but I keep seeing that pic, so may do it again...

yo scratch where were u at today? i was in spartanburg helpin out...s*** idk how to spell his name lol
but the dude that has the two tone protege, i was there till like an hour ago
kinda wanted to see your car :(

I can promise your AEM intake piping is not 5"...my Intake piping to my gt3071 is only 3" and it's pretty dang big.

Side note just got tracking from wheeldude for my Hyperblack 18x8 Rota P1's and also tracking for my Axis Double Bass (oops) Pedals for my drumset :) (reason I didn't spend $1200 on Enkei's instead)
Just went out and measured it I'm sorry it wasn't 5" but 3.75"

Also, I think my dreams finally came true...I am trying to get some more info on this guys setup, but I found a pic of my dream rims on another P5...guy is out of Puerto Rico, and I sent him a PM to find out...for those that don't recognize them, they are the 20" optional CX9 rims...

Yea...those have been the rims I have wanted ever since I saw them, but I don't see how to get them to fit, which is why I never tried to get a set of them...

Whats stopping you? Offset? bolt pattern? or centre bore? You'll probably most def. have to roll your fenders out a bit.
after you get those you should send me your other mazda wheels.. 2010 mazda6... I'm guessing?
