While it's cheaper, you get a crappy filter. Use a quality filter like a Wix/Napa Gold or a K&N. Why save $2-$4 for less filtering capability?

Got all the water out of the motor...there was a LOT...still not sure how I shot a fireball out of it yet...car is running great...also, I will get some pics of the intake manifold up...not sure when or how it happened, but it was split completely across...I am thinking this was the idle issue I was having...big thanks to Damien/Jeff (boostedprotegelx/ro4fd) for the help on getting this thing running again...

Also received Broadway mirror...OH MY...I like A LOT...huge difference as opposed to stock and I would greatly recommend...

Waiting on Altered Customs ADP from Metallic...hopefully it will be here tomorrow...

Looking for a stock P5 radio also...CHEAP...I am not willing to pay much, but would like one...factory intake as well...PM if you have something...

Just an update on the oil, it quieted down my ticking noise significantly. I would recommend Mobil 1 High Mileage to anyone that wants to convert to synthetic.

I thought you were trying to sell amsoil or something? That's the exact same oil I put in my car as well, but I used a Mobil 1 filter and used 5w-30. I recommend Mobil 1 to everybody.

You won't hear much about them because they don't advertise, and aren't readily available at many stores. You can get them at Napa and a few other places.

I second that, anybody that knows a lot about cars or has been around them a while recommends Wix filters to me. I know their oil and air filters are top quality for paper element filters. Unfortunately the nearest Napa to me is a 45 minute drive across town and there are 3 advances, 2 vatozones and an o'reillys within 10 miles.

Ha, it's got more than double the hp of a stock P5. 130 vs 263. Every time I drive my Mustang I think, Jeez that hatchback of mine is fuggin slow.
