For Sale issues with yellow pro5 (anyone affected please post in here!)

Hey guys, I sent Yellow Pro5 a check for lover $200 for sonme parts for my P5over 2 months ago, and i still have not got the parts, and he keeps giving me excusues after excuses?

Any of you guys have any problems with this guy?? his name is Zach?

I asked him if he had a paypal account and he told me no, so i sent him a business check, come to find out I know he just purchased some parts of a few members with his paypal account?

I trusted him and now im getting screwed?

every now and then he responds and he assured me that my parts were going out today and that i would have tracking #'s pm'd to me but I got nothing?

any and all help would be appreciated. I am going to go to my bank this week and see if i can recover my funds, and then i am going to try and see what other options i have criminally.

I hate when you put your trust in someone, and they just take your money.

I have been a member on many forums and have never had a problem, this is a first.

Glad You got your radio and 1/3rd of this squared off! Hopefully the other 2 forum members receive there package that they have been waiting for. Enjoy blasting your music loud now......lol
 
I have sent an additional PM to the seller. He has until Sunday at midnight to update me with items, or I will push for further sanctions against him. I have extended the time since he has shipped SOME of the items, but is still far from resolving the issue. He does have a 'Potential Scammer' title now, so people should be forewarned if he tries to conduct any future business.

SirDaft, dannyxcarr, q7suited; please forward me any PMs or contact info he provides with 'tracking numbers'. I need to verify these to ensure he is trying to resolve the issue.
 
Its gonna be a long cold weekend if some parts dont show up.`

I still have not recieved my other 4 tracking #'s, it looks like this guy is a hardcore scammer. All he gave me was 1 tracking #, and I recieved the package today, and all it contained was the upper intake duct.

I still do not have the other 4 packages or tracking #'s with all the rest of my parts. This is the least important part i was waiting on. I am still missing my rear bumper cover, tail lights, grille, rear wiper, collant canister and so on.

I have tried to call him, text him, pm him and he is not responding, and still has not givene me the other 4 tracking #'s, he told me i would recieve all my packages today.

I am going to contact Dayton Police by Monday for there help.

And mods please do whatever you can to stop this guy.

I am happy that ds2miata got his radio, but i have 1 measly part and other memebers are still missing theres.
 
he left me a message stating that he shipped everything out? ?But he still wont give me tracking #'s

He also told me he already spoke to the poline in his town, and they wont be able to do anything. That right there shows me that i am probably not going to get my packages, but i spoke to my local authorities and they told me the police in his town should be happy to help with proof of payment, messages, texts, etc....

In his voicemail he told me to wait until monday or tuesday, but i just dont understand why he wont give me the other tracking #'s??

Mods if you can get me the other 4 tracking #'s that would be great

and he does not contact me via pm, he just texted me the 1 tracking #, i keep asking him to pm me the other 4 but it has been 5 days and i still have not recived them.

Dayton wont do anything because he doesnt live in dayton....I am not going to say anything more here, but I will look into this matter as time permits.

And I want to know what you paid for your Items Q.....You wont see the bumper because it will cost well over $100 to ship it. Thats why he wont send it because I am sure he way undershot the shipping cost on this stuff. The shipping costs about half as much as the bumper does to buy new.
 
q7, call the local police, explain the situation, provide them with as much info as you can and go from there. E-mail them this link if you have to, and show them whatever you can to help your case. You've got a name and an address, so you know what to do. He knows what he's doing and he's being slick about it, so just don't respond via text anymore. Email/PM only. Gotta keep a paper trail.

I also spoke to ups right now, and they told me he only shipped 1 package to me, so he is lying, he keeps telling me to wait until tuesday.

and yes his address does say Dayton??

I will probably have to wait till tuesday morning, as i wil lbe pretty busy on Monday, but i wil lgive you guys an update then. Thanx
 
Here is the City of Dayton Police info if you would like to verify his address as Dayton or not. I know its not, but they will point you to the proper jurisdiction. Don't wait another moment longer, make whatever moves you want to make. Do not keep giving him more time. THis guy has shown that he thinks you wont do a thing.

I also see he has been sued at least twice in the last three years, once for nearly $1900 and once for $500. Neither he has paid up on as the Judgements are not satisfied according to records. He was also seen in court 10 years ago for passing bad Checks.

I just started making calls and checking into this....but as of now, I wouldn't trust this guy as far as I can throw him.

thanks for all your help forcefed, i will proceed Tuesday.

I got one part, and another member recived his radio, so i may wait until Tuesday morning before i go to the police.

He is telling me that he shipped the larger items USPS i assume, and i should have them by monday or tuesday, but again i have no tracking #'s
