For Sale issues with yellow pro5 (anyone affected please post in here!)

Hey guys, I sent Yellow Pro5 a check for lover $200 for sonme parts for my P5over 2 months ago, and i still have not got the parts, and he keeps giving me excusues after excuses?

Any of you guys have any problems with this guy?? his name is Zach?

I asked him if he had a paypal account and he told me no, so i sent him a business check, come to find out I know he just purchased some parts of a few members with his paypal account?

I trusted him and now im getting screwed?

every now and then he responds and he assured me that my parts were going out today and that i would have tracking #'s pm'd to me but I got nothing?

any and all help would be appreciated. I am going to go to my bank this week and see if i can recover my funds, and then i am going to try and see what other options i have criminally.

I hate when you put your trust in someone, and they just take your money.

I have been a member on many forums and have never had a problem, this is a first.

Billing info received means its being processed....It will update tomorrow and you will see its destination and its weight as well for reference.

Keep me updated.....He contacted me and said he got you guys squared away...but we will see.

Not everything is squared away, we're still waiting on danny's header and SirDaft's grille, then we'll be most of the way there.

almost forgot to thank you mods for helping us out. i know we may not have all followed the rules for buying/selling on the forum. my only excuse (poor as it may be) is that i'm new to forums in general, and this one specifically, and didn't really realize there were rules for that kind of thing. but thank you very much. i do know i have learned my lesson, that's for damn sure.

He told me last night that he couldn't send me tracking info on PMs....I quickly corrected him on that, and got a PM with some of the shipping info I requested after.

i did have a thought though. i asked q7suited if he still had the 16 digit tracking numbers that he was given first. maybe if its just an organization thing he messed up the tracking numbers. maybe the 16 digit ones are usps numbers for either my header or sirdafts's grille? worth a shot isn't it?

Hey guys, my tracking # works now, and it shows arrival on the 4th, but he stil lhas not emailed or pm'd me my other 4 tracking #'s, i am hoping to get them tonight. I am supposed to have 5 boxes shipped to me.

He finally sent me a tracking number..... however, the first one he sent worked, but was not my package; the tracking number was for a package sent and received in Ohio. (strange)

Then he sent me another email saying he was sorry and proceeded to give me the *correct* number. Of course, my tracking number did not work, and when I pointed this out, well let's just say I havent heard from him.

Still a scammer until further notice.
