What have you done to your P5 today?

I can't remember who it was but I know someone here has been trying to remove a lock nut from an MSP at a junkyard but has been having no luck at all. This guy is selling a lock nut key so maybe this will help you.

Antonio that looks great man. That engine bay cleans up real nice. Is it just me or did the jet-hot fade a bit?

it faded a bit, i am going to put the stock on back on there and send it back to get it re-done...probably upgrade the coating...get the 2000+ coating, right now i got the 1300-1700 coating.

you could always paint it yourself with the crinkle/wrinkle paint

I'm going to some time, I think the vc gasket is leaking anyway, so I would replace that too, but that and the paint still costs some $. I will probably do it some time this winter, and in a bright red wrinkle finish.

kind of sad in a way, i really love this car..(thumb)..it has been so good to me and i modded the crap out of it, but always treated her well....the thought of not modding it any longer and relegating it to a winta beata has me down a bit but then i think of what i'll be driving during the nice weather and i get a big grin on my face!

Reinstalled my freshly painted bumper covers, also installed new Fiamm twin horns when the grill was out. Relegated the wimpy beep beep horn to the garbage.

You do realize there are I think 9 different locks that Mazda uses...for $10 why not just go by the Dealership and use there master set...

BTW: I have collected 5 of the 8 or 9 that there are...and have a set of lugs for each...I have thought about putting all locking lugs on from the different sets...

Yea it will and will increase your power, torque, and smooth out both bands. You will have to use premium fuel though. It is one of the best NA mods if you have a manual.

Also, has anyone painted their factory spoiler black? Mine has the notorious yellow curse and has a bunch of oxidation holes.

I was either thinking painting it black, or sanding it down just enough to get rid of the holes, then buffing it back to original-like state.

Getting ready for SCCA. Gotta Clean out the car and tighten everything. Going to try out the new GT Spec trunk cage. Feels good on the streets but I wanna see what its going to feel like on the course.

SCCA weeks in a row! Whoo! They only have it once a month here but because of the state fair, they had to move it up. (we do our events outside aloha stadium in the parking lot. lol)

Removed steering knuckle, had old/bent wheel hub pressed out and new hub pressed in. Went to install and caliper mount was completely stripped. tried to re-tap the holes but it just would not work so I have a new caliper mount coming in saturday.
I FAIL.
