The Ohio Random Thread... aka We Should Probably Be Working

No idea if they will fit or not. My best guess is they wont. I would just keep what's on there now on the car year round. Might not be the smartest route on my behalf though.. (smash)

right something cheap but better than summer tires for snow and ice,
i was refering to your tires on the vibe now wether they would be good in winter

well that can be fun, on my way to cincy talked to a guy at a gas staition who was hauling a 240sx with an intercooler twice as big as my radiator. He's trying to make it in drifting. wish i had my camera for that

also saw a spicey parked in downtown cincy, didn't get a close look

Was it blue and missing the front bumper?

black missing front and rear, the guy was from pa, said he worked at a track but i forget the name

Ah. Saw a blue one going West on 70 Friday. Probably going to the track down by Dayton. One of the guys at C&C goes down there with his SC300.

saw a red ms3 this morning (7:30ish) on 76 going east. I got beside him and waved and followed him for a while... He ended up taking the Barber Road exit, perhaps going to the Fred Martin Superstore??? It had black rims with a red lip. Pretty sweet looking.

The driver was somewhere in his mid to upper 20s perhaps with glasses.

Oh yeah, he didn't have Ohio license plates, they were solid blue...... I don't know what state, I couldn't read it.

I believe that's one of our Service Engineers where I work. I've seen the car around here once or twice.

If it was one of the service engineers, then no... he isn't. I don't remember his name. We have... a few hundred service engineers so just going over there isn't an option. I'll try to tag his car when I see it next.

I've seen two MS3s in two days!!!! this one was black, stock wheels, on S. Broadway going towards downtown Akron at around 8:00 this morning. I slowed down but he was 3 or 4 lanes over from me so I didn't honk or wave and I don't think he saw me... Anybody own up to this one? Middle aged (younger side) guy wearing an oxford shirt...

Was that you seeing your reflection in the windows of an office building? (sssh)

Hehehe.... It was kind of weird, I mean, you hardly see another car just like your own.... But no, it was not my reflection in the windows of an office building.... I am much better looking than the driver I saw (yes)

There is a guy by me with an SS MS3 that I have seen a couple times and other folks have asked if that was me. I mean I do only have different wheels so the rest of the car looks similar.. however.. the guy who drives the other one is a black guy and I am no where close. (cabpatch)

Don't worry man, next time I see a black guy in a SS ms3 I won't automatically assume its you....

So heading out of Akron's campus I saw yet another MS3... this one was white pearl and stock. He was heading east towards route 8 through the campus and I was driving the opposite direction. At least this time we made eye contact as we both were oogling to see the back spoiler (as far as I know that is the only surefire way to tell, since the wheels couldn't be seen!) thats #3 in just 2 days.... I'm starting to think I don't have a rare car now.... not that it was ever really rare
