You should check out Mint.com, they actually were bought by Intuit (owns Quicken) but they bought them because they couldn't compete with Mint really.. but they kept all Mints staff and is going to keep it free.
Yah, Mint doesn't have enough cash flow prediction stuff that I need. It's good for budgeting and seeing what you have now, but not so good for predicting future balances. I read they just added some new features to do "budget income", so maybe something like that is possible now, so I may give it a shot later.
