Any suggestions about a car cover?

Due to where I live and no garage I am looking for a car cover.

I know there are a few options on the net, I was just wondering if anyone owns one of these things and had any suggestions on what to get?
Thanks.

I found some decent ones from empire. This cover was a replacement cover for a custom cover that cost three times as much and started leaking water and collecting dust under the cover in less than a year. My Empire cover is 4 months old, has survived numerous strong thunderstorms and seering Texas sun, and so far is exceeding my expectations. I have 3 cars under cover, soon the other two will be covered by Empire.

I'm also looking for a cover, and I saw the CoverKing's online. Any experience with these covers guys? They aren't exactly priced to sell, but as Moultese says, "dont cheap out on a car cover" ...and I agree.

i need one as well. all day in the HOT HAWAIIAN SUN is not going well with my BLACK car. lol

Something to think about when selecting a cover.
The problem I see with these "quality" thick covers is that;
-they take up a lot of space when not in use,
-one person tends to drag then across parts of the car when putting them on
-the snug fit makes the above problem worse
I have a very light nylon cover for my motorcycle, almost like a tent material.
This cover dries quickly, is compact and easy to use, in other words I'm more likely to put it on frequently.

Anyone else have ideas or experience to share?
How do you store these big thick ones for travel after say, a thunderstorm?

cheack craigs list
youll find hundreds for sale by people that thought they were a good idea, then realized that the daily hassle was way to HUGE to deal with

What kind of cover would you recommend for indoor winter storage ?

Depends on what kind of storage. In a dry safe environment you just need thin dust protection. If it might get bumped then something very thick. If it's gonna be outside, then heavy, weatherproof and expensive is the way to go.

Regarding those craigs ads, the thin covers I was talking about might really be the way to go, depending on your goals. I'm trying to keep the red paint from fading, light cover and lots of waxing.
