Affordable MSP Conversion?

You know that u can drill a hole and modify the intake right or spend the extra money and buy a AEM intake of something with the bung. Your never going to find a almost 7 year old car with no flaws. Its comes down to how picky your going to be and how bad you want to car.
I bought a totalled out car after it was partially fixed. Put less than a grand into it to make it run excellent and the anly thing mechanically that has gone wrong with it besides the collision work was a power steering pump. $150 fix when I did it myself. Spent $8000 on the car with 18,000 miles on it. Has minor flaws here and there, but I wanted it bad. Sick little car for the price. Comes down to how bad do you want it.

if ur gana go for any go with the first. cheapest, for the value.
from what i can tell it has CF hood, FMIC, some suspension upgrades. the wing is a Wings West one, i think. the trunk looks to be CF too. may be not.

Dude you can find a perfect msp but it will be close to 12k, or you could get a average one with a few bugs that you can work out as you drive it for around 6k. If i were you i would not just go and use your credit card to buy a car. wait and get your credit in better shape and then buy a car. but im not going to tell you what to do its your money. but shop around and find you a nice msp, for 6k or less and give it some TLC, then you will have a nice car.
I have great credit, which is why I am going with credit card. Very low Interest. 0% for 6 months, and then low interest after that. I Can't find any running MSP's for $6k. It has to be working and in relativeli good condition. Looking for stock since it is less likely to have been driven hard. Cannot afford fixes. Just regular maintenance.

in that case, you better forget about an msp LOL. finding one that is stock and always was stock is like winning the lottery. people will advertise it as stock, but there's usually signs that it has been modified before. kinda like mine.

True, and turbo cars are not great for reliablity. There is always somthing major that could go wrong with a turbo car. I mean one little hickup with the WGA and you could blow your motor. You would be better off getting a mp3.
Can you show me pics, info on your car? How far from Philly or CherryHill?
damn, that's a shame. i hear that MP3 is in pristine condition and has a brand new inspection! not to mention, an extremely good looking owner! (thumb)
