Anyone running any ATP hardware? Specifically cat'd DP.

I've just found ATP through some searching, I was going to go CP-e cat'd DP but I found the ATP cat'd unit and it is all around a cheaper unit. The bungs and extras are all built in to the ATP unit for no extra.

How is ATP as a company? QC? Customer Service?

If you have the ATP DP let me know what you think.

I hope some of those people show up to give me an idea what their problems were.

yea i dont want you to just take my word for it, but the quality of the other options are much higher. for performance my vote would be corksport, for safety and reliability def a cpe catted dp. all of the people who i followed on youtube and other forums with ATP equipment ended up with a messed up car, or dissapeared from public contribution which i can only guess that they no longer have their car. the turbo kits are a joke since none of them work without a completely custom setup and tuning anyway. i def dont trust that 300$ inlet and that shady intake setup. plus the sound of the corksport and cpe are untouchable in comparo to ATP

from what i've heard, atp causes nothing but problems.

Sounds like you've been hearing BS. Been running catted ATP DP for oh, ~1.5 years and it is essentially perfect. CPE products are good, but overpriced by ~ 100%.

I like the CPE products and service, but note that you can always buy better, but you'll never pay more...

Edit: I bought a CS DP and sold it before installation to buy the ATP setup. I'm not so concerned about cost, but I do review the design engineering and production quality. I prefer the ATP design and quality is great...

That's why I'm asking guys. Appreciate the input.

You can search all you want, but does a reply about something from 2 years ago really help you today? It's all old and stale info.

By now people have either been running whatever for quite some time with no problems, or they have replaced it for a certain reason. I'd like to hear both.

I purchased the ATP downpipe with cat. Installation was very easy after getting the old exhaust off (harder part). If you have a stock cat back, you will need to either modify the stock flange or get a flange gasket with a raised ring for proper seal. Also, they no longer have three bungs on the pipe like the site shows. They eliminated the one closest to the turbo bellmouth. The do not provide installation directions, so you will want to review the installation directions for a simular product. I used the Corksport for reference. Basically, you will need to disconnect the passenger side engine mount, jack up the engine and pull it forward to get the cat out that connects to the turbo. I also removed the heat shields from that cat for the extra room I needed to get it out.

Cool. What are your impressions? Fit and finish? Driving impressions?

How about your other mods so I can get an idea of what you are working with?
