What have you done to your MSP today?

well I check my oil, its clean. Why change it, i guess im this way from my dad lol, my dad had his truck since 2000 brand new, and changes it like twice a year, and runs PERFECTLY, Built ford tough! what can i say. haha

My grandfather told me during WW2 they never changed the oil. They just added oil when needed and changed the oil filters. Not exactly high performance engines on those military vehicles, and they were built a lot better back in those days.
 
I try to change my oil early if possible. I have seen what happens to engines that do not have regular oil changes and have rebuilt a couple due to it. Also now having a rotary its even more critical I keep an eye on the oil.

Oh yeah...recently drained the 5w30 valvoline piss oil out of it the previous owner put in and am trying out the new valvoline vr1 race oil in the 20w50 variety since the hot weather is coming up. Supposedly the vr1 stuff has some serious detergents in it way more than most other dino oils

well its been to long and I really dont want to look for it. I'm moveing a bit slow today... Again lol but I finally got some sleep so Win for me...
