Dashhawk NEWB Please Help

Hi guys I just received my dashhawk today, and I was wondering if you could help me set it up correctly. Now i have searched already, and only founds bits and pieces of information that I need.

Which are the more important parameters I should monitor? Vac/Boost, Knock Retard, Boost Temp Load, Load I am assuming?

What is considered "safe" for knock retard anything between 1-2 ?

What is considered "safe" for AFR? Should I used the AFR from the sensor or commanded AFR?

Load?

Now I have had my Cobb AP since December but I havent installed it because I was waiting to get a dahhawk and learn how to read it before I flash any tunes. What should I be looking for to monitor to ensure my motor is safe?
Which alerts do you have setup?

THANKS ALOT FOR THE HELP!

Here goes.

I monitor AFR, KR, BAT, IAT, Boost, Fuel Pressure. I have an alert set for KR above 2 which I monitor during normal driving. You really want Zero KR when WOT.

AFR at idle should be 14.7 but will be 14.5-14.9 as it will move a bit up and down. When WOT you want your AFR's below 12.5. 12 would be a good number however because you're stock you will see 9's and 8's which is normal for a stock MS3. So don't be surprised to see these when WOT.

KR is just a fact of life with all cars under normal driving. However, when WOT you don't want any at all if you can do it.

When you flash your ECU with the AP the PIDS above are good enough and you will want your AFR below 12. With the AP you should see 11's.

So, what should my number be then? with the Injen CAI and ts bov?

Thanks
